Our Additive Manufacturing starter course addresses everyone who comes in contact with Additive Manufacturing technology, such as purchasers, machine operators, project managers, and designers. The purpose of this starter course is to impart a fundamental understanding of chances, applications and limitations of Additive Manufacturing. This training will enable participants to recognize the potentials of this innovative technology and how to make use of them. The course conveys machinery, materials, and process know-how of Laser Beam Melting technology, as well as essential knowledge on designing additive manufactured parts. Based on a case study, the previously taught design rules will be applied in practice.
